bstract submission is now open for WFAE 2009 in México. Researches, teachers, sound producers, musicians, and individuals are invited to submit proposals for paper presentations, panels, workshops and audio / audio- visual works, which may allow us to share various thoughts in acoustic ecology. We expect proposals concerning all the
aspects of acoustic ecology and soundscape.

• Technology and the Construction of the Soundscape
• Education: Towards a Listening Culture
• Culture, Human Soundscape
•The Design of Sound Environments
Submission Procedures:
Those wishing to present papers at this conference should submit a
brief abstract, of no more than 300 words.
Workshops, panels, audio / audio-visual works should be submitted as
one proposal. It is the responsibility of the workshop or panel chair
to solicit and ensure the participation of all members.
